How do I receive my tickets?
Once your booking is confirmed we send e-tickets to your WhatsApp or email. Show them on your phone at the park gate. There’s no need to print or queue at the ticket office.
Are the tickets open-dated?
Ferrari World General Admission and 1 Day, Any 2 Parks are open-dated: visit on any day the park is open until the expiry date. Every ticket page shows its “valid until” date.
Do children pay?
Children aged 2 and under enter free. Guests aged 3 and over need a ticket, and prices are per person.
Where is Ferrari World?
On Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, about 25 minutes from central Abu Dhabi and around an hour’s drive from Dubai. Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld and Yas Waterworld are all on the same island.
Is Ferrari World indoors?
Mostly. The park sits under a huge climate-controlled roof, so it’s comfortable all year. Part of Formula Rossa’s track runs outdoors.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Park tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued, so please double-check your guest numbers before we issue them. Until then, just message us to make changes.
Are you the official park website?
No. Ferrari World Rides is an independent ticket seller. Tickets are issued for direct entry at the parks, and we’re here on WhatsApp to help before your visit.
